FAQI had booked a room at the Waterford before the venue change. Good question; we apologize for the inconvience. Your reservation has automatically been transferred from the Waterford Estates Lodge to the Inn at St. Mary's (adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn). However, the room rate has changed from $69 to $79, though it now includes breakfast. If you do NOT want your room transferred and would prefer to still stay at the Waterford (okey-dokey with us!), send an email to jaime@petsconnect.org and we'll get you'll set up. What time does the event begin? Advance admission begins at 6pm for dinner. Guest speakers and other events follow. Band begins at 8pm. Should I wear my Hawaiian Shirt? Heck yeah! Dress is casual. Can I bring my children? While kids are allowed, the atmosphere after 8pm will not be child-friendly. What kind of auction items will be up for grabs? We will have a huge variety of items, large and small, from ND Fan packages and Wine Tours to restaurant gift certificates and pet-related gear. Auctions will continue after 8pm so general admission guests will have a chance to bid too. Check out the auction page for more info. Will there be animals available for adoption? Not on site, but we will have applications available and a few special surprises guests may catch your fancy (four-legged ones, of course). What's for dinner? There will be a large selection of creations from the Chef at the Waterford Estates Lodge including chicken wings, jerk chicken, cheeseburgers (in paradise!), and more! What about drinks?
