About Us

Founded in 2001, PetsConnect! is an all-volunteer, all-foster 501(c)(3) non-profit group with the mission of making Michiana a
“No More Homeless Pets Community.”

 PetsConnect! works cooperatively with area shelters, animal control agencies and rescue groups to help find unwanted and abandoned adoptable animals loving forever homes and to reduce the pet overpopulation epidemic by promoting the spaying and neutering of all companion animals.

 As an all-foster group, PetsConnect! does not have a shelter. PetsConnect! animals are kept in the homes of volunteers until a forever family is found. We are funded solely through donations and the generous contributions of the animal-loving Michiana community.
